Minor Set Back.

Lately I have been having some serious pain while running during practice. I had been noticing it for about a week or so now, finally today I decided it would be a good idea to get it checked out. Unfortunately, I strained my Achilles tendon and the gastroc muscle in my left leg. This is going to sit me out at least a week in track :/. I am hoping it doesn’t prevent me from climbing at all, but I have to be really careful until I am cleared by the doctor. I will keep you posted on how it goes!

    At least it’s only a week, Maddy!:) For me it’s three more weeks before I can get this cast off my foot. You’ll be out there runnin’ in no time. Oh, and still climb. I was at planet Wednesday and climbed all overhung stuff with just one leg; it was really good for my core.:)
